Penelope Cruz Wants To Shut Down Magazines That Tell Teens To Diet (To much pressure to be too thin)

I thought this was the greatest that Penelope Cruz has taken such a strong stand on this subject matter concerning weight and how it is really effecting our young girls, all the pressure that is put on them is just horrible. It has gotten so bad that in Europe then have banned some models that you can see there rib cage. I found an article a while back about an 8( eight) year old anorexic girl you have to know then that the problem has gotten way off and its just ridiculous. And don't get me wrong I am not saying gain so much weight that it effects your health but to be healthy at whatever size you may be.

What it boils down to is your health. Be healthy to get to skinny that you develop a eating disorder and don't gain so much that your health is at risk. There is to much pressure on being perfect in the real world there are no perfect people this is not a Photoshop world. So forget what you see in any of those magazine and what they put up as beauty be true to yourself and know that you are beautiful And if you are considered about your weight please go see a doctor as soon as possible.
