2. Curly your lashes with the curler until the lashes are curled to your liking. (Don't over do it and don't be to rough, be gently your eyes are very delicate.)
3 Take your favorite waterproof mascara and appy to the lashes, the water proof mascara is a dry base and doesn't weigh down your lashes. Do this a few times ( Don't over do this part) and wait until fully dry and just hold the lashes up a bit.
Vilma's eye lashes (Photo credit: Wikipedia)4. Crul your lashes once more and dont worry they wont break (unless they are sensitive, if they are then dont curl them again.)
5.Take your favorite none waterproof mascara and apply to your eyelashes, go over them, to re-thicken them without weighing them down.
6. Take the waterproof eyeliner and line the upper inside of the eyelash to concil the line and use your fingers to separte the lashes.
7. Crul the lashes once more after drying and apply the water proff mascara again and also to the bottom lashes if you like and there you have fabulous lashes.
